With thoughtful zoning, we divided the venues: the outdoor ceremony and banquet were held in one area, while the traditional Nikah ceremony and the following celebration took place elsewhere.

What creative elements did we incorporate into this project?

Many interesting solutions were employed in this celebration. We had a screen displaying the couple's love story, along with other narrative elements throughout the event. The screen spanned across all venues and the outdoor area, with content specially designed for vertical viewing. To address the couple's desire for attention to detail, we introduced stylish animated invitations for the wedding. These invitations highlighted important event details like dress code, schedule, and contact information for any queries, ensuring guests were well-informed.

In the early morning in the land of sheikhs, the bride and groom checked into the hotel. The preparations commenced for the first ceremony - the Nikah, where the bride and groom donned traditional attire. The ceremony was very touching and followed all national traditions. This was followed by a change of outfits and a stylish photoshoot of the newlyweds on the hotel grounds.

After the Nikah ceremony, the couple was joined by the photographer and videographer to create unforgettable moments. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed a welcoming reception with interactive areas, including a magician performing micro-magic, ambient artists, conversations with the host, and live musicians. We also filmed a humorous clip with the guests, edited it throughout the celebration, and showcased it at the end of the evening. During this time, everyone prepared for the start of the outdoor ceremony.

The outdoor ceremony was styled in a European fashion, with careful rehearsal of every detail, including music, visual effects, and the couple's entrance. As per the director's vision, there was no conventional host; instead, a voiceover artist narrated the outdoor registration, sharing the couple's love story and how they met. Before the couple made their appearance, delicate and graceful ballerinas took the stage. Throughout the outdoor ceremony, the groom made his entrance to the accompaniment of a virtuoso pianist. Then, the bride's father walked her down the aisle to her beloved, with the bride's favorite song playing. It was a truly beautiful moment! Before each participant appeared, a narrator recounted the couple's story. The ceremony officially began when the bride and groom reunited at the arch for the outdoor registration. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows and declarations of love, then little ones brought out the coveted rings. It was a moment long anticipated! Afterwards, a photoshoot took place, and then the guests congratulated the couple.

Following the registration ceremony, guests found their places at the tables. Despite the outdoor setting, it was wonderfully comfortable, with temperatures reaching around +25-26°C and the setting sun creating an ideal atmosphere for an outdoor wedding. The wedding dinner began with a lively program, involving engaging with the host, socializing with guests, giving congratulations, and making toasts.

Moreover, we designed an elegant menu and introduced inventive ways of presenting each course. The celebration was enhanced with staged performances, featuring a saxophonist, vocalist, and illusionist. The guests were deeply moved by the love story, portrayed in a video clip we produced about the couple and their relationship journey. We completed the video in just two days, filming in both the desert and Dubai. Additionally, we incorporated a retro car into the scenes, resulting in a visually stunning narrative.

We intentionally choreographed the bride and groom's first dance. We rehearsed it during the setup of the wedding venue, ensuring that certain movements aligned with specific moments to enhance the overall performance. Perfection was the goal, and perfection was achieved! The dance was accompanied by words about the couple, displayed on a vertical screen - a unique feature of the venue. The couple danced on a podium near the outdoor registration area. The guests were enchanted by a breathtaking scene - the loving couple twirling amidst beautiful decorations, bathed in the sunset's glow overlooking the Persian Gulf.

The entire event's content was broadcasted on a large vertical rectangular screen. Another highlight of the celebration was the animation of cascading water. Additionally, custom video sketches and graphics were designed specifically for the wedding.

The finale was absolutely stunning: we played out the bride's bouquet and the groom's boutonniere, and showcased a breathtaking showpiece - the presentation of the wedding cake on the stage, announced by the emcee, followed by a ballet performance. The couple's dessert entrance was meticulously planned, with every detail timed perfectly. The highlight was the first cake cutting, synchronized with their favorite song's beat, and accompanied by a spectacular fireworks show. It served as a beautiful and unforgettable conclusion to the formal part of the evening!

After the formal activities ended, everyone gathered in the hall for the after-party, where they were treated to a wonderful surprise – a concert by Egor Krid, the couple's favorite performer. His dynamic presence and performance electrified the dance floor for a full hour. Additionally, a cover band and a DJ entertained the guests at the party.

During the event preparation, we achieved the impossible - obtaining all the necessary permits for shooting in restricted locations. This allowed us to capture unique footage of both the wedding and the couple's love story.
