Onyi and Sandra are an unusual couple: businessmen originally from Nigeria, living in the USA, yet opting to celebrate their wedding in Dubai.
Выбрали именно эту страну, потому что любят ее вайб и захотели устроить торжество в атмосфере роскоши и удовольствия.
Пара почти сразу выбрала местом для проведения торжества отель Bulgari. Аутентичный и элегантный, он идеально подошел для концептуальной и эстетичной свадьбы.
Мы долго пытались понять, какой пара хочет видеть свои идеальную свадьбу. Предлагали референсы, собирали мудборды, но попасть «в яблочко» не удавалось. Но потом мы показали им идею с этническими мотивами и получили громкое «хотим». Так и родилась концепция свадьбы: с яркими деталями, напевами, костюмами, в духе влюбленных.
They selected this destination for its allure and desired to host the celebration amidst an ambiance of opulence and delight.
Soon after making their decision, the couple settled on the Bulgari hotel as the venue for their celebration. With its authentic charm and elegant atmosphere, it was the perfect choice for their conceptually-driven and aesthetically pleasing wedding.
We made numerous attempts to grasp the vision the couple had for their ideal wedding. Despite suggesting references and compiling mood boards, we struggled to hit the mark precisely. However, after we presented them with the idea of incorporating ethnic motifs, they enthusiastically exclaimed: “That's what we want!". Thus, the wedding concept was born, featuring vivid details, melodies, costumes—all reflecting the spirit of the loving couple.
На свадьбе был дресс-код 一 молодожены хотели, чтобы гости были в светлых нарядах и поддержали цветовую палитру праздника. А чтобы приглашенным было проще, пара подготовила для них референсы с похожими луками.
Необычные приглашения и фотобудка
Особое внимание уделили и дизайну приглашений: сделали отдельный сайт, который отражает любовь пары к путешествиям. Гости получали своеобразный билет в Дубай на свадьбу, с теплыми пожеланиями и приветствием от Они и Сандры.
Приглашенные съезжались со всего мира — мы решили объединить их и создать уютную и семейную атмосферу. В итоге установили стол в виде буквы «п», чтобы все присутствующие чувствовали себя объединенными в одном пространстве.
Еще на мероприятии появилась брендированная фотобудка: гости будто очутились на модном показе. В целом свадьба и была такой — шикарной, стильной, словно сошла с обложек журнала.
Уютная атмосфера
Атмосфера на свадьбе царила дружелюбная и зажигательная. Не обошлось и без традиций и обычаев: например, молодоженов осыпали деньгами каждый раз, когда они появлялись в зале. Программа была построена на выступлении американского ведущего и африканского диджея. Гостям удалось поучаствовать в разных интерактивах, которые отражали культуру Нигерии, в которой выросли молодожены.
Кстати, жених и невеста 一 медийные личности. Мы снимали с ними яркие и запоминающиеся Reels, которые разлетелись после свадьбы на миллионы просмотров.
В конце вечера гостей ждало яркое шоу и, конечно же, шикарный торт. Специально для молодоженов мы разработали их собственный брендированный логотип, который нашел отражений как в оформлении зала, так и на торте.
Во время подготовки к свадьбе возникали и сложности. Например, в отеле Bulgari разрослась стройка, и нам пришлось приложить много усилий, чтобы сваи не отвлекали внимание гостей. Но мы работаем в event 17 лет, поэтому быстро справляемся с любыми сложностями.

The wedding featured a dress code where the couple hoped guests would opt for light-colored attire to complement the wedding color palette. To simplify things for their guests, the couple prepared references featuring similar looks.
Unique invitations and a photo booth
Great care was taken in designing the invitations: a dedicated website was crafted to showcase the couple's passion for travel. Guests received a distinctive "ticket" to the Dubai wedding, along with heartfelt wishes and greetings from Onyi and Sandra.
Guests traveled from all corners of the globe, so we decided to bring them together and create a cozy, familial atmosphere. Ultimately, we arranged the seating in the "u" shape to ensure everyone felt united in one space.
A branded photo booth was set up at the event, giving guests the sensation of being at a high-end fashion show. In essence, the wedding exuded luxury and style, reminiscent of magazine covers.
Cozy atmosphere
A friendly and vibrant atmosphere filled the wedding. Traditional customs were embraced, including the tradition of showering the newlyweds with money each time they made an entrance into the hall.
The program featured performances by an American host and an African DJ. Guests had the opportunity to participate in various interactive activities that reflected the culture of Nigeria, where the newlyweds grew up.
By the way, the groom and bride are media personalities. We shot vibrant and memorable Reels with them, which went viral after the wedding, garnering millions of views.
At the end of the evening, guests were treated to a vibrant show and, of course, a magnificent cake.
Especially for the newlyweds, we developed their own branded logo, which found its reflection both in the venue decor and on the cake.
During the wedding preparations, there were some challenges. For instance, construction work at the Bulgari hotel site expanded, and we had to put in a lot of effort to ensure that the construction didn't distract the guests.
With 17 years of experience in the event industry, we are adept at swiftly handling any challenges that arise.
We were delighted to assist the newlyweds on such a joyful and exciting day for them.
