Масштабная застройка для свадьбы года
Готовиться к свадьбе мы начали ещё летом, чтобы успеть сделать всё, что запланировали. Главное пожелание невесты — церемония на берегу Персидского залива. Пара хотела идеальную свадьбу, как с картинки — и мы учли все их пожелания.
Чтобы все прошло идеально, мы организовали масштабную застройку — команда по техническому обеспечению мероприятия даже закупала специальное оборудование. Готовили индивидуальный декор — чтобы всё на 100% отвечало концепции.
Интересный факт: на площадке Nikki Beach ни разу не было свадьбы со столь глобальной застройкой нескольких зон одновременно для более, чем сотни гостей. Мы стали первыми! А сама застройка заняла три дня.
A spectacular arrangement for the wedding of the year
Our wedding preparations began on summer to ensure we could execute all our planned arrangements. The bride's primary desire was to have a ceremony on the Persian Gulf's shoreline. The couple desired a perfect wedding, just like a picture, and we took all their wishes into account.
The unique feature of the celebration is the three-day wedding weekend, all taking place in one location. This setup is convenient for both guests and vendors. To ensure flawless execution, we coordinated an extensive setup, and the technical team even acquired specialized equipment. We crafted bespoke decor to ensure that every detail aligns perfectly with the concept.
Fascinating fact: Nikki Beach had never hosted a wedding with such an extensive setup across multiple areas simultaneously for more than a hundred guests before. We were the first! The setup itself took three days.
Первый день в кругу самых близких
В первый день прошёл приветственный ужин на вилле — для молодоженов в узком семейном кругу. Родные спокойно пообщались с парой в душевной обстановке, подняли бокалы за их любовь и насладились музыкой от диджея. Пока влюбленные наслаждались вечером, команда заканчивала финальные приготовления.
День Х
Основной день начался со сборов невесты с подружками. Девушки надели одинаковые чёрные пижамы, чтобы оттенять главную виновницу торжества в белоснежном наряде. Они смеялись, под звон бокалов с шампанским готовили подругу к самому ответственному моменту. Уютный девичник задал и невесте, и гостям настроение на весь день.
После сборов гости переместились на фуршет. Для него мы тоже отстроили отдельное пространство, в творческую атмосферу которого гости окунулись с самого порога. Каждую деталь мы брендировали под пару — вплоть до кусочков льда для коктейлей! Каждая мелочь отражала индивидуальный стиль Юлии и Данилы.
Церемония под звуки рояля
В момент Х все гости собрались на берегу залива, чтобы стать свидетелями рождения новой семьи. Место проведения регистрации заслуживает отдельного внимания. Настоящее произведение искусства — оригинальная составная арка украшена бело-розовыми букетами, которые удачно контрастировали с золотистым песком и закатным небом.
Необычная дорожка к арке была оформлена в форме зигзага — чтобы все могли насладиться красотой невесты, идущей к алтарю.
Ведущим церемонии стал Мачете — артист, который трогает до глубины души. Он сидел за роялем и рассказывал историю любви Юлии и Данилы.
«Настал момент познакомить вас с моими героями… Он скромен, умён… Мало говорит на публику, потому что много делает… Он успевает всё, но главное, он всегда рядом… Встречайте, Данила!»
В этот момент в классическом чёрном костюме появился жених, которого приветствовали громкими аплодисментами.
«Она — нежный цветок. Элегантность и утончённость отличают её от миллионов… Она стала его поддержкой во всём. Рядом он чувствует спокойствие… Юля!»
На этих трогательных словах появилась невеста в сопровождении отца. У неё был необыкновенный образ от дизайнера Ульяны Сергиенко, отличающийся от классического свадебного наряда. Отец провел Юлию к алтарю и передал Даниле. После этого влюбленные обменялись кольцами и скрепили свой союз поцелуем.
«И вот сейчас, находясь между небом и землей, я хочу попросить вас запомнить этот важный момент… Ведь именно сейчас мы объявляем вас мужем и женой!»
Церемония закончилась исполнением песни «Нежность», которая растрогала каждого гостя. Казалось, что она написала именно о любви Юли и Данилы — той, что началась со знакомства в интернете и будет продолжаться целую жизнь.
Вечер в стиле влюбленных
Одно из желаний пары — не нагружать гостей лишними интерактивами и номерами, позволить им общаться друг с другом, добавить больше пауз. Влюбленные хотели, чтобы вечер был простым, без лишнего пафоса. Поэтому во многом ужин был построен на контенте, который транслировался на экранах на сцене. Один центральный экран был квадратным, а не классической прямоугольной формы, по бокам же от него были ещë два вертикальных экрана, которые служили кулисами. За ними скрывалась зона бэкстейдж, куда увозилось оборудование между номерами артистов.
С такой сценографией все гости видели объёмную картинку во всей красе, так как контент прописывался под все три экрана заранее.
На экранах транслировался целый фильм в жанре Love Story о любви пары. А ещё ролики с кадрами влюблённых, которые появлялись в процессе праздника. Контент на экранах также был вплетён в интерактивы, поздравления родителей и друзей.
Ведущими банкета были Екатерина Варнава и Михаил Белянин, которые отлично дополняли друг друга. Плюс программу украсило выступление звёздного артиста — Федука. Невеста очень ждала его, и мы сделали всё возможное, чтобы привезти артиста в Дубаи именно в эту дату. Сет из лучших композиций прекрасно вписался в праздник — танцевали все!
Афтепати для самых стойких
Финальное шоу проходило в той же локации, что и церемония. Фейерверк на берегу залива и красивая пара — идеальная картинка, которой наслаждались все присутствующие.
После основного праздника гости переместились в зону афтепати — четвёртую локацию. В этот момент невеста переоделась в стильное короткое платье, чтобы ничего не сковывало движений.
Молодожёны и гости танцевали под песни Big Babe Tape и Luxor до самого утра. Перед уходом каждый приглашённый получил от пары забавную «похмельную коробку», в которой были бережно упакованы алкозельцер, энтеросгель, средства контрацепции и бутылочка шампанского. А ещё открытка с qr-кодом, переходя по которому гости могли прослушать неожиданное голосовое сообщение от молодоженов. В нëм рассказывалась инструкция по использованию этой коробочки и задавался настрой на третий день праздника.
Праздник, который не заканчивается
Третий день торжества прошел в закрытой зоне формата Beach Club — мы также задекорировали её в оттенках жёлтого и персикового. Площадка пестрила брендированными вещицами с логотипами ребят — полотенца, стикеры, палочки от мороженого и другие мелочи. Гости могли даже наклеить временные татуировки, чтобы оставить воспоминание об этом дне.
На площадке работала радиостанция, где ведущий Михаил Белянин вспоминал события основного дня. Гости наслаждались коктейлями, плавали в бассейне, отдыхали после шумной вечеринки.
После заката приглашённые переместились на пляж, где мы построили индивидуальный кинотеатр, вокруг которого разместили диваны с подушками. Романтическое настроение создавали гирлянды с лампочками. В кинотеатре гости посмотрели фильм, снятый молодожёнами, послушали их слова благодарности. Все по очереди обнимались с влюблёнными, даже если сделали это уже сотню раз. Никому не хотелось идти спать и разрушать магию вечера.
Юлия и Данила светились от счастья — свадьба «как с картинки» ожила и стала реальностью! Желаем влюблённым долгой семейной жизни, в которой каждая мечта исполняется с таким же масштабом, при этом дарит только радость и удовольствие.
The first day was centered on sharing moments with the closest family and friends
The first day featured a welcoming dinner at the villa, reserved for the newlyweds and their families. Close relatives had the opportunity to engage in a relaxed atmosphere with the couple, toasting to their love and enjoying music from a DJ. While the couple enjoyed their evening, the team was busy with the final preparations
Day X
The main day started with the bride and her bridesmaids getting ready together. They all wore identical black pajamas, creating a striking contrast with the bride's white attire. They laughed, raised champagne glasses, and prepared the bride for the most significant moment of the day. This intimate bachelorette gathering set a cheerful atmosphere for both the bride and the guests throughout the day.
After the preparations, the guests proceeded to a cocktail reception. We had dedicated a separate space for this, immersing the guests in a unique atmosphere right from the entrance. Every detail was personalized to mirror Yulia and Danila's unique style, including the ice cubes used in the cocktails. Each small touch highlighted the individuality of the couple.
The ceremony unfolded to the melodies of a piano.
At the specified moment X, everyone came together at the bay's edge to witness the start of a new family. The registration location is truly remarkable. It's a masterpiece of art with its unique composite arch adorned by white and pink bouquets, creating a stunning contrast against the golden sand and the setting sunlit sky.
A unique pathway to the arch was arranged in a zigzag shape, ensuring that everyone could appreciate the bride's beauty as she walked towards the altar.
Machete, an artist famous for his emotional depth, took center stage as the ceremony's host. Seated at the piano, he masterfully told the love story of Julia and Danila.
“Now, it's time to introduce you to my heroes… He's modest, intelligent... He may not say much in public, but his actions speak volumes... He manages it all, but most importantly, he's always there... Please, give a warm welcome to Danila!"
At that very moment, the groom made his appearance in a classic black suit, receiving a warm and enthusiastic round of applause.
“She's like a gentle flower. Her grace and refinement set her apart from the crowd... She has become his anchor in every way. With her presence, he finds serenity... Julia!”
On these touching words, the bride made her entrance, escorted by her father. Her attire, a unique creation by designer Ulyana Sergienko, stood out from the typical wedding gown. presented her to Danila. Following this, the loving couple exchanged rings and sealed their union with an heartfelt kiss.
“And at this very moment, suspended between the heavens and the earth, I ask you to cherish this important moment... Because it is right now that we declare you husband and wife!”
The ceremony came to an end with a heartfelt performance of the song "Tenderness," which touched the emotions of every guest. It felt as though the song had been crafted especially for the love story of Julia and Danila - one that commenced with an online meeting and would endure throughout their entire lives.
An evening celebrating love and romance
The couple's wish is to keep the guests from being overwhelmed by excessive entertainments and acts, encouraging them to engage in conversations with one another and include more pauses in the celebration. The couple wished for a simple evening, without unnecessary extravagance. As a result, much of the dinner was focused on content displayed on screens positioned on the stage. In the setup, there was a central screen with a square shape, deviating from the typical rectangular screens. On each side of it, there were two vertical screens serving as backdrops. These vertical screens concealed the backstage area, where equipment was transported between the artists' performances.
Thanks to this stage setup, all the guests could enjoy the three-dimensional picture in all its glory, as the content had been carefully designed to span across all three screens beforehand.
The screens presented a full Love Story film that recounted the love shared by the couple. Additionally, there were video clips showcasing romantic moments from the couple's story that were interspersed throughout the celebration. The screen content was also smoothly integrated into interactive segments, including greetings from parents and friends.
The banquet was led by the hosts Ekaterina Varnava and Mikhail Belyanin, who proved to be a fantastic pair. Adding to the program's charm was a performance by the star artist, Feduk. The bride had been eagerly anticipating his appearance, and we went to great lengths to ensure that he could join us in Dubai on this specific date. His set of the best songs seamlessly fit into the celebration, and it had everyone dancing!
An after-party for the most resilient
The final performance unfolded in the same location as the ceremony. With fireworks lighting up the bay's coastline and the presence of the lovely couple, it painted a perfect picture that was appreciated by all those present.
After the main celebration, the guests relocated to the after-party area, which was the fourth venue. At this point, the bride changed into a chic short dress, providing her with the freedom to move without any limitations.
The bride and groom, along with their guests, danced to the tunes of Big Babe Tape and Luxor until the early hours of the morning. As they departed, each guest was gifted a playful "hangover kit" by the couple, which included carefully arranged “Alka-Seltser”, “Enterosgel”, contraceptives, and a small bottle of champagne. In addition, there was a card containing a QR code that, when scanned, allowed guests to access a surprising voice message from the newlyweds. In the message, they provided instructions on using the "hangover kit" and set the tone for the third day of the celebration.
Celebration that never ends
The third day of the celebration unfolded within a closed Beach Club-style setting — we also decorated it in shades of yellow and peach. The venue was decorated with customized items featuring the couple's logos, such as towels, stickers, ice cream sticks, and various small keepsakes. Additionally, guests had the opportunity to apply temporary tattoos as a way to cherish the memories of this day.
A radio station was in full swing at the venue, with the host Mikhail Belyanin recollecting the key moments of the main day's events. Guests enjoyed cocktails, swaw in the pool, and just unwound after the lively party.
Following the sunset, the guests moved to the beach area, where we had constructed a personalized cinema. Surrounding it were sofas adorned with comfortable cushions, and the romantic ambiance was further enhanced by the soft glow of string lights.
In the beachside cinema, guests watched a film produced by the newlyweds and listened to their heartfelt words of thanks. Every guest, regardless of how many times they had done so before, embraced the couple warmly. Nobody was eager to go to sleep and disrupt the enchantment of the evening.
Yulia and Danila glowed with happiness as their dream wedding, just like one from a fairy tale, turned into reality. We wish the couple a long and happy married life, where every dream is realized on a grand scale, always bringing joy and delight.
Moreover, we designed an elegant menu and introduced inventive ways of presenting each course. The celebration was enhanced with staged performances, featuring a saxophonist, vocalist, and illusionist. The guests were deeply moved by the love story, portrayed in a video clip we produced about the couple and their relationship journey. We completed the video in just two days, filming in both the desert and Dubai. Additionally, we incorporated a retro car into the scenes, resulting in a visually stunning narrative.
We intentionally choreographed the bride and groom's first dance. We rehearsed it during the setup of the wedding venue, ensuring that certain movements aligned with specific moments to enhance the overall performance. Perfection was the goal, and perfection was achieved! The dance was accompanied by words about the couple, displayed on a vertical screen - a unique feature of the venue. The couple danced on a podium near the outdoor registration area. The guests were enchanted by a breathtaking scene - the loving couple twirling amidst beautiful decorations, bathed in the sunset's glow overlooking the Persian Gulf.
The entire event's content was broadcasted on a large vertical rectangular screen. Another highlight of the celebration was the animation of cascading water. Additionally, custom video sketches and graphics were designed specifically for the wedding.
The finale was absolutely stunning: we played out the bride's bouquet and the groom's boutonniere, and showcased a breathtaking showpiece - the presentation of the wedding cake on the stage, announced by the emcee, followed by a ballet performance. The couple's dessert entrance was meticulously planned, with every detail timed perfectly. The highlight was the first cake cutting, synchronized with their favorite song's beat, and accompanied by a spectacular fireworks show. It served as a beautiful and unforgettable conclusion to the formal part of the evening!
After the formal activities ended, everyone gathered in the hall for the after-party, where they were treated to a wonderful surprise – a concert by Egor Krid, the couple's favorite performer. His dynamic presence and performance electrified the dance floor for a full hour. Additionally, a cover band and a DJ entertained the guests at the party.
During the event preparation, we achieved the impossible - obtaining all the necessary permits for shooting in restricted locations. This allowed us to capture unique footage of both the wedding and the couple's love story.
